The last reform to the Bolivian legislation establishes that 'those born abroad from Bolivian parents are Bolivian by birth”, which implies that the children of Bolivians born in Spain do not obtain the Spanish nationality by simple presumption, as they did before this reform.
That is why, the children of Bolivians born in Spain will have to follow the procedure established in the Spanish Civil Code to obtain the Spanish nationality.
